STRICT LOCKDOWN FROM NEXT WEEK
New Delhi, May 08 :
The State Government will impose a ‘tough lockdown’ from May 10 to May 24 (till 6am), in an attempt to curb the rising covid cases.
From Monday, there will not be any inter-state and intra-state movement of passenger vehicles except in case of emergencies.
Chief Secretary P Ravi Kumar said, “Unlike the current Janata Curfew, we want a complete clampdown on movement of vehicles except for essentials.
The main difference is that we won’t allow day-time movement of vehicles for non-essential purposes.
Even if you want to buy vegetables or takeaways, you need to walk to neighbourhood shops and not take your vehicles. My advice to everyone is : Don’t step out.
