Govt Asked Teachers To Share Your Actual Place Of Posting In J&K
Srinagar, Dec 10 : The government Friday asked the teaching staff of the School Education Department (SED) to report to their actual place of postings, before being deployed or attached for administrative works in other departments.
Principal Secretary, School Education Department, B K Singh said that those teachers whose service was being utilized in service of other administrative departments shall report to their actual place of postings.
Singh in an order issued on Friday said, “It is ordered that the attachments of teaching staff of School Education Department who have been deployed or attached for administrative works in different departments of various districts of Jammu and Kashmir have been canceled with immediate effect.”
Singh directed the teachers to report to their actual place of posting from where they are getting salary. “In case of non-joining, serious action will be taken under rules.”
The government earlier had said that it will utilize the teachers from all districts of the Jammu and Kashmir for assistance of administration in Coronavirus management.
