J&K Students Association Seeks CBI Probe In JKPSI Exam Result


SRINAGAR : J&K Students Association here today urged Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to order a CBI probe into alleged Jammu and Kashmir Police sub- inspector exam result.

In a statement, Association has requested Lieutenant Governor to take serious cognizance of the issue, so that a major alleged scam is unearthed and those fraudulently figuring in the list of candidates who have qualified written examination are immediately removed from the said list.

“ There are very serious allegations of blue eyed candidates making it to top slot of merit list. This has led to serious frustration among those who burnt their mid night oil and worked restlessly,” added the statement.

“ The association appreciates the time bound intervention from Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha whose honesty and integrity is a blessing to job aspirants but, ordering a CBI probe will boost the morale of all those who firmly believe in the rule of law. Moreover, there is a unanimous call for the same from hardworking aspirants ,” read the statement.

It added that the list of shortlisted candidates of J&K Police SI recruitment exam has come under the scanner for a very bizarre new experience. Over 20 siblings have qualified for the police recruitment. 

In the result, the names of 22 siblings shortlisted for JKP SI Recruitment. “We are demanding that a fair inquiry by a professional investigation agency,” added the statement.
