Handwara ,jan 26 : Teacher Nazir Ahmad bhat has been awarded by letter of appreciation on the eve of Republic Day Celebrations-2023 (26th of January 2023) by District Administration Kupwara at DPL handwara for his extra ordinary performance in the field of education department.

The Award was presented to him by Worthy Additional Deputy Commissioner handwara, Chairman HMC & SP Hardwara.
