Two Kulgam boys crack prestigious JKAS exam
Kulgam: Two youth from Kulgam district in south Kashmir have achieved success in the prestigious Combined Civil Service (CCE) examination conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC).
Rahil Amin, son of Mohd Amin Malik of Qasba Khull Noorabad, and Zahid Rehman, son of Abdul Rehman Mir of Laroo Kulgam, are among the 187 successful candidates.
Rahil, from a small village in the Kulgam area, achieved this feat in his first attempt and scored 1058 marks, earning a rank of 109.
On the other hand, Zahid passed his 12th from Govt HSS Kulgam and later pursued a B. Tech from Jammu University.
He cracked the PSC CCE 2021 in his third attempt in the OM category, with a rank of 68 and 1082.00 marks.
Both of these youth have shown that with hard work and determination, one can achieve success in any field.
Their achievements are a source of inspiration for many young people in the region.
"I am grateful to Allah and want to credit my success to my parents and close friends," Zahid added.
