CUET 2023: A comprehensive guide for undergraduate admission and exam preparation


All the students who have either passed or appeared in 12th class Examination have to appear in Common University Entrance Test (CUET) to be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for getting Admission in any Bachelors/Under Graduate Course in any of the Universities of their choice across the Country.

      While applying for the Entrance Test students should keep in mind the following points:

1.Students can apply for upto 10 subjects/Courses of their choice in any of the Universities across the country. 

2.Eligiblity for the said Entrance is 12th Pass /Students Appeared in 12th Exam with some fixed percentage or other criteria fixed by the Universities across the country.
 
3. Third Important Thing about the Entance is Domain Subject, that are basically the Subjects or Syllabi for which the Entrance Test will be Conducted for any Chosen undergraduate Subject/Course that also varies from University to University even for the same subject/Course. 

4.Students cannot opt their Test Paper/Domain Subject of Entrance by themselves or of their choice but have to select as per the test Eligibility set differently by different Universities for getting Admission to various Subjects/Courses of their Choice.
 
5.So while selecting any Course or University you must check the eligibility and Test papers for Entrance Examination set by the respective Universities and select accordingly. 

6. The Examination fee upto 3 subjects is Rs750, for 7 subjects 1500 and for 10 subjects 1750 for General category students.

7.Students must set their own password while registering for the Examination. 

8.It is a golden opportunity for all the hard working and bright students to get admission in any of the Reputed Universities of their choice across the country through this single Entrance Examination. 

9.The last date for online Application submission is 31st March,2023.So register yourself at an earliest.

10.The correction window will be opend in the first week of April wherein the students can update rather rectify the errors if any , Committed during the online submission of their Application forms.

11. The Examination will be Conducted by National Testing Agency NTA from 21 May to 31 May in Three shifts.

12.The mode of Examination is Online objective type Computer Based Test (CBT).

13.In case of any difficulty or problem students can visit the nearest Facilitation/Help centres established by NTA in each District.
