The selection of candidates will be made by this Directorate as per the following merit & the prescribed scale of weightage to be acted upon for such hiring shall be as follows:
- PG- 80 Points (on a pro-rata basis).
- M.Phil-0s Points (Across the board).
- Ph.D./ NET/SET-10 Points, (Across the board and in case the candidate is having all three shall be awarded for one only).
- Publications (National & international level)-O5 Points, one point for each such publication up to the maximum of 5 points

The following documents shall be uploaded with the application form:-
- Domicile Certificate.
- An affidavit is duly sworn in and attested by the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate as per the enclosed prescribed format.
- Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).
- PG Degree along with consolidated Marks Cards.
- M.Phil. Certificate, if applicable.
- Ph. D Certificate, if applicable.
- NET/SET Certificate, if applicable.
- Scanned Front Page of the Research publication/s, not more than five. (Published in Peer Reviewed or UGC Listed Journals).
- Character Antecedents Certificate from Special DG CID J&K (after final selection).
700+ Contractual Lecturer Posts How to Apply
- The candidates are required to apply online through the website of the Directorate of School Education Kashmir on the link available here from the 10th of August at 12 noon till the 20th of August 2023. No other means/mode of application shall be accepted.
- The candidate shall also be required to upload the image of a recent passport-size colored photograph.
- No application shall be entertained after the expiry of the last date.
- Applications should be supported by self-attested certificates/ testimonials.
- ln, the event of any information given by the candidate being found false, incomplete, incorrect, forged, or tampered with, the candidature of the applicant will be canceled without any notice thereof. Further, misleading information shall also warrant necessary legal & criminal action.
