JKBOPEE Conduct of Counselling (Physical) for Admission to B. Pharmacy Course, 2023: Notifying the Counselling Schedule.

Greetings to all aspiring candidates seeking admission to the B. Pharmacy Course for the Academic Session 2023! The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) brings forth important information regarding the upcoming physical counselling round for the B. Pharmacy Course.


Important Dates:
  • - Date: 13th August 2023 (Sunday)
  • - Time: 08:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  • - Rank: 01 to 431 (Candidates of all categories including open merit)
  • - Location: BOPEE Office Jammu/Srinagar


Background:

The Board conducted the Common Entrance Test on 06th August 2023, and the results were announced through Notification No.047-BOPEE of 2023 dated 31st July 2023. A Provisional Merit List was also published for candidates who appeared in the test. One representation for retotaling was received and after careful examination, it was deemed not meritorious.


Counselling Details:

The physical counselling will be conducted only for candidates who secured up to 20 marks out of 120 marks in the Common Entrance Test, which translates to up to Rank 431 in the Provisional Merit List. Eligible candidates, up to Rank 431, are required to be present for the counselling on the specified date, as per the schedule mentioned.


Required Documents:

Candidates are advised to bring the following original documents for attendance, registration, and counselling:
  • - Domicile Certificate
  • - 12th Class Marks Card
  • - Valid Category Certificate (if applicable)
  • - Date of Birth Certificate (Diploma/10th Marks Card)

Counselling Fee:

All participating candidates need to deposit a counselling fee of Rs. 1000/- through POS Machines available at the BOPEE office in Jammu/Srinagar. Please note that failure to pay the counselling fee will result in disqualification from the counselling process.


Authorized Representation:

In case a candidate cannot attend the counselling personally on the scheduled date due to unavoidable circumstances, a close family member who falls within the candidate's blood relation can represent them. The authorized person must carry an authorization letter, Identity Card, and Aadhar Card for participation.


Important Note:

The counselling process will halt once all the available seats are fully occupied.
