JKBOPEE Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Course-2023: Result & Merit List
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has declared the result and provisional merit list of the Common Entrance Test for admission to the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Course-2023. This entrance test was conducted in accordance with Notification No. 058-BOPEE of 2023, issued on 11-08-2023. The result is now available and can be accessed through Annexure-A of the official notification.
Candidates who had appeared for the entrance test on 20.08.2023 can now check their results and their position on the provisional merit list. In case of a tie where two or more candidates have obtained the same marks in the entrance test, the tie-breaking mechanism, as outlined on page 25 under point number 13 of the e-Information Brochure available on the Board's website, has been applied. This mechanism considers factors such as the candidates' dates of birth (D.O.B) and the first alphabet of their names.
For candidates who might have objections or concerns regarding their results, there is an opportunity to submit a written representation. This representation should be accompanied by a payment receipt of Rs.1000/- which needs to be paid through a POS machine at the BOPEE Offices in Srinagar or Jammu. The purpose of this representation is to request a re-totaling of marks. However, it's essential to note that such representations will only be accepted within three working days from the date of uploading this notification on the BOPEE website. No representations will be entertained after the specified deadline.
Regarding the counseling schedule for admission to the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Course - 2023, the Board will notify candidates separately as soon as the schedule is decided.
