This recruitment, detailed under Item No. 656 (Divisional Cadre, Jammu) and Item No. 657 (Divisional Cadre, Kashmir), falls under the jurisdiction of the Animal/Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries Department. The entire process, initiated through Notification No. 04 of 2021 dated 17.07.2021, underwent comprehensive evaluation and selection stages.

Selection Process Overview:

Commencing with a requisition from the Animal/Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries Department for 42 posts, the recruitment included Divisional Cadre, Jammu (10 Posts), and Divisional Cadre, Kashmir (32 Posts). Provisional and Final Selection:

The Provisional Selection List, framed by the Selection Committee and notified on 15.12.2023, initiated a period for candidates to raise objections. The Final Selection List, including considerations for PwBD and ESM under Horizontal Reservation, received approval in the 253rd Board Meeting on 05.01.2024. The list is subject to legal outcomes, pending OAs/Writ Petitions, and any ongoing inquiries.

  • - Formal recommendations to the concerned Indenting Department will be forwarded separately.
  • - Candidates with withheld recommendations must submit requisite documents within one month.
  • - Selection is based on self-declaration/certificates, and any falsification may lead to cancellation.
