Important Guidelines for Students
1. Provisional Students: Those provisionally admitted in Class 11th & 12th must pass their qualifying exams to regularize their admission. If not, they can claim a refund within 20 days of result declaration.
2. Special Needs Candidates (CWSN): Students with 40% disability or more are exempted from paying the examination/renewal fee but must submit attested copies of forms along with a valid disability certificate.
3. Checklist Submission: After completing the online process, institutions must generate a checklist and submit it to the Sub/Branch office within 10 days.
4. Practical Exams: Notification regarding the conduct of practical exams (internal/external) will be issued separately.
5. Extra Practical Fee: An additional fee of Rs. 100/- per candidate per practical subject will be charged where external practicals are conducted.
