JKBOSE Issues Notice for Class 10th & 11th Candidates to Appear Before Committee (2025)


The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued an official notification dated 22 January 2026 regarding the appearance of certain Class 11th (HSP-I Annual Regular 2025 – Winter Zone) candidates and deferred cases of Class 10th and Class 11th (Bi-Annual 2025) before the designated committee.

The notice has been released by JKBOSE, Rehari Colony, Jammu, for the information and compliance of the concerned candidates and examination staff.

HSP-I (Class 11th) Annual Regular 2025 – Winter Zone

JKBOSE has informed that certain candidates of Class 11th (HSP-I), Annual Regular 2025 (Winter Zone) are required to appear before the committee as per the scheduled timings.

  • Group-I candidates must report between 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM. A total of 14 candidates fall under this group.
  • Group-II candidates are scheduled to appear between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM, covering 16 candidates.

Candidates are advised to strictly follow the reporting time mentioned against their respective group.



Deferred Cases: Class 10th & Class 11th (Bi-Annual 2025)

The notification also covers deferred cases of Class 10th and Class 11th belonging to the Bi-Annual Session 2025 of Soft and Hard Zone areas.

  • Class 10th deferred candidates are required to appear between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM.
  • Class 11th deferred candidates of the Bi-Annual session are also scheduled for appearance on the same day, as notified by JKBOSE.

Concerned superintendents, deputy superintendents, and supervisory staff of the mentioned examination centres have also been directed to attend the meeting.




Important Instructions for Candidates

JKBOSE has clearly stated that candidates must appear before the committee to present their case. In case of failure to appear, the Board may take a decision based on available records and reports, which shall be considered final and binding.

Candidates are therefore advised to remain alert and comply strictly with the instructions issued by the Board.
