MeT Predicts Heavy Rains/ Snowfall In Jammu & Kashmir From Next Week

Dry Spell Likely To End The Uncertainty among the People, Heavy to Very heavy Snowfall Warning 

Srinagar, January 12: Seasons first major WD is possible around 20 January to 25 January to bring widespread snowfall across J&K

As per current indications moderate to heavy snowfall is also possible over plains of Kashmir( 70%) chances as per now.

Heavy to very heavy snowfall is possible over higher reaches including Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Doodhparti and Pahalgam during above period.

Note: 2-3 WD is possible from 16 January to 25 January, but moderate to strong WD is possible around 20 to 25 January. (Kashmir Weather Forcast)
