JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Admit Card Out: Download Now For Remaining Exams

NTA released JEE Main 2026 Session 2 admit cards for exams scheduled from April 2 to 8 across 304 cities in India and 14 abroad.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the admit for Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) mains Session 2 admit card. Candidates can visit the official website to download the admit card.

The NTA will conduct JEE (Main) 2026 Session 2 on 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 April 2026 at around 566 examination centres across 304 cities nationwide and 14 cities outside India in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode for around 11.23 lakh candidates.

Changes in Examination Centres and Dates

In response to various representations received from aspirants of the JEE Main 2026 Session 2, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has made revisions to the scheduled examination centres and dates on the following grounds:

Aspirants in the Middle East: Multiple requests were received from candidates regarding a change of examination centres due to the ongoing conflict in the region. The NTA has considered these requests and revised the allotted centres accordingly.

Exam Rescheduling Due to Easter Celebrations: Candidates who requested via email to reschedule their JEE (Main) 2026 examination due to the Easter celebration on April 5, 2026, have been accommodated. Accordingly, their examination dates have been rescheduled.

Clash with Other Examinations: To avoid a clash between JEE (Main) 2026 Session 2 and the Class XII board exams, the NTA coordinated with Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to obtain exam dates of candidates appearing in the Class XII board exams in 2026. An input field was added in the JEE (Main) 2026 Session 1 and 2 application forms for such candidates to fill in their CBSE registration/roll numbers. Using the schedule data provided by CBSE, the NTA planned their exam dates to avoid conflicts. Moreover, if any requests were received from aspirants for a change in the JEE (Main) 2026 Session 2 date due to other examinations, they were considered and the exam dates were rescheduled.

These measures have been taken to ensure fairness and convenience for all candidates appearing in JEE (Main) 2026 Session 2.

Steps to download JEE Main Session 2 Admit Card 2026

• Visit the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in

• Select the link for JEE Main 2026 Session 2 admit card on the homepage

• Enter your application number and password or date of birth

• Submit the details to log in

• View the admit card displayed on the screen

• Check details such as personal information, exam date, shift and centre

• Download the admit card in PDF format

• Print a clear copy for use on the exam day

Candidates should ensure that the QR code and barcode are visible on the printed copy. They must also carry a valid photo identity proof along with the admit card to the examination centre.

Important Instructions:

For the Drawing Test (Part III of B. Arch.), the candidate must bring their own Geometry Box Set, pencils, erasers, and colour pencils or crayons. The candidates are not allowed to use watercolours on the drawing sheet.

Candidates are NOT allowed to carry an instrument/geometry/pencil box, handbag, purse, any kind of paper/stationery/textual material (printed or written material), eatables and water (loose or packed), mobile phone/earphone/microphone/pager, calculator, DocuPen, slide rules, log tables, camera, tape recorder, or to wear/carry any type of watch, including electronic watches with calculator facilities, or any metallic item or electronic gadgets/devices in the examination hall/room.

There may not be any provision for safekeeping of valuables at the centre.
