The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has officially issued the notification for submission of online Permission-cum-Examination Forms for Secondary School Examination (Class 10th) and Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) Annual (Private) / Bi-Annual 2026 examinations.
As per the notification dated 24 April 2026, the schedule has been released for candidates belonging to both Jammu Division and Kashmir Division, including summer zone and winter zone areas of the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
This notification is highly important for fresh private candidates, re-appear candidates, failure candidates, and students applying under additional or optional subject categories.
Overview of JKBOSE Private Exam Form 2026
JKBOSE has opened the submission process for Permission-cum-Examination Forms for students of Class 10th and Class 12th who are appearing in Annual Private / Bi-Annual 2026 examinations.
The forms are applicable for:
- Jammu Division (Summer Zone and Winter Zone)
- Kashmir Division (Summer Zone and Winter Zone)
- Ladakh UT (including both applicable zones)
This notification covers both:
- Secondary School Examination (SSE) – Class 10th
- Higher Secondary Part-II (HSP-II) – Class 12th
Students who fall under re-appear, failure, fresh private, division improvement, additional subject, optional subject, and completion categories must carefully check their eligibility before applying.
This notification is important because students who miss the normal submission dates will have to pay a late fee, and missing the final deadline may result in losing the chance to appear in the 2026 examinations.
