• 1600 metre race in 6 minutes 30 seconds
• 20 Push-ups

Female Candidates

• 1000 metre race in 6 minutes 30 seconds
• Shot Put (4 Kg): 14½ feet in three attempts

The PET will be qualifying in nature, and no marks will be awarded.

Special relaxation in PET standards has also been provided for eligible Ex-Servicemen as detailed in the official notification.
