JKBOPEE NEET MDS Registration 2026: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has officially issued a notification for the online registration of eligible candidates for NEET MDS-2026 belonging to the UT of J&K and Ladakh for preparation of the Provisional Merit List (PML)-2026.
As per Notification No. 155-BOPEE of 2026 dated 18-08-2026, candidates who have qualified NEET MDS-2026, have secured the cutoff marks prescribed by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), and whose roll numbers figure in the relevant list notified by JKBOPEE are required to register themselves online for consideration under the 50% quota of UT of J&K.
The online registration process will commence from 19 August 2026 at 11:30 AM onwards, while the last date to submit the online registration form is 23 August 2026 up to midnight.
Candidates are advised to complete their registration and upload all the required documents within the prescribed timeline. Failure to register or upload the required documents within the deadline will result in non-consideration for counselling and seat allotment.

NEET MDS 2026 Cutoff Marks for J&K/Ladakh
JKBOPEE has notified the category-wise minimum eligibility criteria and cutoff scores for NEET MDS-2026 as follows:
General Category (OM)/EWS, including CDP/JKPM/Sports candidates require a minimum of the 50th percentile, with a cutoff score of 308 marks out of 960.
For OM-PWD candidates, the minimum eligibility criterion is the 45th percentile, with a cutoff score of 289 marks out of 960.
For SC/ST/1/2/OBC/RBA/ALC/IB, including PWD/CDP/JKPM/Sports of SC/ST/OBC/RBA/ALC/IB, the minimum eligibility criterion is the 40th percentile, with a cutoff score of 271 marks out of 960.
Documents Required for JKBOPEE NEET MDS Registration 2026
Eligible candidates are required to upload the prescribed documents while completing the online registration process. The documents mentioned in the notification include:
- BDS Degree Certificate
- Registration with the State/UT Dental Council/DCI
- Internship Completion Certificate, with internship completed up to 31-05-2026
- Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K or Ladakh, as applicable
- Valid Reserved Category Certificate, wherever applicable
- Difficult Area Certificate, wherever applicable
- NEET-MDS Score Card 2026
- NOC from the Government/Competent Authority for in-service candidates to pursue MDS Courses-2026
For candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, an undertaking in the prescribed format regarding compulsory service in the UT of Ladakh after completing the MDS degree is also required.
The notification further clarifies that for candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, the ST certificate issued by the competent authority of Ladakh shall be treated as the Domicile Certificate.
Category Certificate Validity Date
JKBOPEE has specified that the cut-off date for validity of category certificates shall be 23 August 2026, which is the last date fixed by the Board for online registration.
Candidates belonging to OBC and EWS categories must ensure that their category certificates are issued in the prescribed format applicable to UT of J&K.

JKBOPEE NEET MDS 2026 Registration: Important Instructions

NEET MDS 2026 Registration for In-Service Candidates
In-service candidates who have qualified NEET-MDS 2026 and fall within the zone of consideration will be considered subject to the issuance of an NOC by the Competent Authority for the calendar year 2026.
JKBOPEE may verify the NOC from the concerned authorities wherever considered necessary.
Such candidates may participate in the registration/counselling process provisionally but will be allowed to join the allotted College/Institution only after producing the required NOC within the stipulated dates fixed by the Board.
Registration Does Not Guarantee Admission
Candidates should note that mere registration with JKBOPEE shall not confer any right to admission.
Admission will remain subject to fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility criteria and qualifications. The documents of candidates who are provisionally selected will also be checked and verified by the concerned College/Institution authorities at the time of admission.
