JKBOPEE Admission 2023: Removal of Document Deficiencies for 12th Based Paramedical Diploma Courses

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has issued an important notice regarding the admission to 12th Based Paramedical Diploma Courses for the year 2023. This notice pertains to candidates who have applied for courses such as GNM, ANM, MRT, and Para-Medical Diploma, including D. Pharmacy.

To finalize the Provisional Merit List for admission, JKBOPEE has identified deficiencies in the documents submitted by certain applicants. Here are the key points from the notice:

1. Candidates listed in Annexure-A of the notice, who have not submitted their 12th class Marks Card to the BOPEE Offices in Jammu or Srinagar, are required to do so within the next four (4) days from the date of this notification. Failure to submit the Marks Card within the prescribed time will result in the automatic cancellation of the candidate's candidature.

2. Candidates who have not submitted their Reserved Category Certificates should also do so within the prescribed time, failing which they will be considered under the Open Merit category, provided they are eligible.

3. The notice emphasizes that the result is provisional and that mere inclusion in the result/scoresheet does not guarantee a candidate's place in the select list. All eligibility conditions specified in the advertisement/rules must be fulfilled.

4. The Board will provisionally allow candidates with deficiencies in their Date of Birth (D.O.B.) or Domicile Certificate to participate in the counseling process, but they must submit all required documents physically at the BOPEE offices during the counseling process.

5. Candidates belonging to the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category are advised to check their sub-category column and report to the BOPEE offices if corrections are needed.

6. Some candidates have failed to upload their 12th Class Marks Card within the prescribed timeline despite earlier notices. Their candidatures are now canceled.

7. Candidates who filled in their 12th Class Marks during the application process but failed to upload or submit the 12th Class Marks Card will be shown in the Deficiency column in Annexure-A. They are advised to clear this deficiency before the specified date to be included in the Provisional Merit List.

8. Candidates with CDP (Children of Defense Personnel) status should submit their CDP Priority certificates, if not submitted/uploaded earlier.

9. Candidates are advised to regularly check the JKBOPEE website for updates on the counseling schedule and other important information related to the courses. No email or SMS notifications will be sent.

10. The notice emphasizes that no documents will be accepted through email or WhatsApp.

Please note that the full Annexures-A and B can be accessed on the official JKBOPEE website. For further details and to access the lists, visit the official website: [Download list]

Candidates are strongly encouraged to adhere to the timelines and requirements outlined in this notice to ensure a smooth admission process for the 12th Based Paramedical Diploma Courses in 2023.
