• Presentation Before Committee: Affected students must present themselves before the Committee for scrutiny and resolution of UFM/Misconduct cases.

• Venue: Office Chambers of the Joint Secretary, Secrecy, JD, JKBOSE, Rehari Colony, Jammu.

• Failure to Appear: If students fail to appear, it will be assumed they have no defense, and the Sub-Committee's decision will be final and binding.

• For Students:

• Carry your Roll No. slips for entry into the JKBOSE Main Gate.

• For Supervisory Staff:

• Ensure to bring the entire Centre files, including details of the sitting arrangement and allotment of row/room duties.
