The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued an official notification regarding candidates of SSE (Class 10th) and HSE-II (Class 12th) who are alleged to have used unfair means/misconduct during the Annual Regular Examination (Oct–Nov 2025).(JKSA) The notice was issued by the Joint Secretary, Secrecy/UFM, Kashmir Division and is dated 27 December 2025.

Affected candidates have been given an opportunity to appear before the Unfair Means (UFM) Committee for scrutiny and disposal of their cases.

Who Needs to Appear Before the UFM Committee?

• Candidates of Class 10th and Class 12th

• Appeared in Annual Regular Oct–Nov 2025 Exams

• Roll numbers listed in the official JKBOSE notice (PDF)

• Alleged to have resorted to use of unfair means or misconduct

👉 Candidates must bring their original admit cards at the time of appearance.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Appearance before the committee is mandatory on the scheduled date.

• Failure to appear will result in the case being decided ex-parte, based solely on available records and evidence.

• No further claim or appeal will be entertained if a candidate misses the scheduled hearing.

Notice for Examination Centre Superintendents

JKBOSE has also directed the Superintendents of Centre Numbers 101030 and 136015 (Class 10th) to positively attend the UFM Committee meeting on 27-12-2025 to help resolve cases related to their centres.
